医科大学生综合素质评估结果分析

目的评估医科大学生综合素质,为有针对性地开展素质教育提供依据。方法根据已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,对某医科院校全部在校大学生进行素质评估,比较各项素质的差异。结果医科大学生总体综合素质得分为(0.934±0.037);各项素质之间有差异(F=546.189,P=0.000),其高低排序为:心理素质>专业素质>身体素质>思想道德素质>基本能力素质>科学文化素质。结论医科大学生总体综合素质较高,尤其是心理素质;要针对其相对来说较弱的素质如科学文化素质、基本能力素质等加强素质教育。

Compositive Diathesis Evaluation of Medical Undergraduates

Objective To evaluate compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates to serve as better education of diathesis.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all undergraduates at campus of a medical college to further compare the difference of the diatheses.Results The score of compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates was（0.934±0.037）.There were differences among 6 diatheses,and the scores were ranked as：mentality diathesis specialty diathesis corporeity diathesisidea and morality diathesis basic abilities diathesisscience and culture diathesis.Conclusion The compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates is high as a whole,especially their mental diathesis.Education of diathesis can be promoted through paying more attention to weak diatheses such as basic abilities diathesis and science and culture diathesis.
