医科大学生综合素质评估结果分析

摘    要:目的评估医科大学生综合素质,为有针对性地开展素质教育提供依据。方法根据已经建立的医科大学生综合素质评估指标体系,对某医科院校全部在校大学生进行素质评估,比较各项素质的差异。结果医科大学生总体综合素质得分为(0.934±0.037);各项素质之间有差异(F=546.189,P=0.000),其高低排序为:心理素质>专业素质>身体素质>思想道德素质>基本能力素质>科学文化素质。结论医科大学生总体综合素质较高,尤其是心理素质;要针对其相对来说较弱的素质如科学文化素质、基本能力素质等加强素质教育。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates to serve as better education of diathesis.Methods Based on the established compositive diathesis index system,we surveyed on all undergraduates at campus of a medical college to further compare the difference of the diatheses.Results The score of compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates was(0.934±0.037).There were differences among 6 diatheses,and the scores were ranked as:mentality diathesis specialty diathesis corporeity diathesisidea and morality diathesis basic abilities diathesisscience and culture diathesis.Conclusion The compositive diathesis of medical undergraduates is high as a whole,especially their mental diathesis.Education of diathesis can be promoted through paying more attention to weak diatheses such as basic abilities diathesis and science and culture diathesis.
