| 摘 要： | 目的探讨"用心聆听"心理护理对住院神经症患者的护理效果。方法以60例住院神经症患者为研究对象,分为聆听组和对照组各30例,自制"用心聆听"心理护理记录单,以焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)为监测焦虑、抑郁情绪改善的指标。结果 1个月后两组的SAS、SDS评分均下降,但聆听组下降幅度明显大于对照组。结论 "用心聆听"心理护理可以促进住院神经症患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪的改善。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of mental nursing of "Listen carefully" for neurosis patients.Methods A total of 30 neurosis patients from inpatient were selected as the nursing group and the other 30 patients as the control group.We made one scale to record the condition of the mental nursing of "Listen carefully",and use SAS,SDS to monitor the efficacy of treatment.Results After one month,all patients’ scores of SAS and SDS were declined.The scores of the nursing group were lower than those of the control group.Conclusion The mental nursing of "Listen carefully" is useful for the neurosis patients in the hospital. |
