265例中药注射剂药品不良反应报告分析

目的:分析中药注射剂不良反应发生情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对宣城市2011年收集的265例中药注射剂不良反应报告进行回顾性分析评价。结果:中药注射剂不良反应发生在各年龄段,主要集中在20至60岁比例达66.04%;新的、严重的不良反应发生率占7.92%。结论::应重视中药注射剂的生产质量控制及说明书的规范,全面加强不良反应的监测工作,将合理用药贯穿于医疗服务的全过程。

Analysis of 265 Case Adverse Drug Reaction Reports of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

Objective:To analyze the adverse drug reaction induced by Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection to provide references for rational use of drugs.Methods:The 265 case adverse drug reaction reports of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection collected by Xuancheng Center for adverse drug reaction Monitoring in 2011 have been analyzed retrospectively.Results:Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection adverse reaction in each age,mainly concentrated in the 20 to 60 years old rate of 66.04%.New and serious adverse reaction rate was 7.92%.Conclusion:Attention should be paid to the production of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection specifications and quality control standard.We should strengthen the monitoring of adverse drug reactions for Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection and implement rational drug use in medical service as a whole.
