肾移植患者动静脉内瘘闭塞的临床分析

目的探讨肾移植患者动静脉内瘘的闭塞情况及其相关因素。方法分析49例肾移植患者术后6个月动静脉内瘘的闭塞情况，探讨年龄、血压、血红蛋白浓度与动静脉内瘘闭塞的相关性。结果31例（63．27％）患者动静脉内瘘闭塞、18例（36．73％o）患者未闭塞；相关因素中，年龄差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而血压和血红蛋白浓度值的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论肾移植患者移植肾功能恢复后，应促使动静脉内瘘闭塞；低血压、高血红蛋白浓度可以促进动静脉内瘘闭塞的发生。

Clinical analysis of internal arteriovenous fistula obliteration in renal transplantation patients

Objective To search the status and underlying factors of the internal arteriovenous fistula （AVF） obliteration in renal transplantation patients. Method On the 6th month after renal transplantation, 49 cases were divided by different age into two groups： over 60-year-old group, below 60 year-old group; By different blood pressure to two groups： low blood pressure group, high blood pressure group; By different concentrations of hemoglobin into two groups： high concentration group and low concentration group. The difference in the obliteration ratio among these groups was examined. Result There were 31 cases （63.27%） of AVF obliteration. Blood pressure and concentration of hemoglobin were related with AVF obliteration （P〈0.05）, but age had no correlation with AVF obliteration（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion AVF should he blocked after the draft kidney recovers its function. Low blood pressure and high concentration of hemoglobin have the benefit of blocking AVF.
