彩超在浅表良恶性病变诊断中的价值

目的观察彩超在浅表良恶性病变诊断中的诊断价值。方法对450例已经诊断的良恶性女性乳腺结节患者进行彩超二维成像显示,并进行彩色多普勒检查。结果乳腺结节恶性肿瘤肿块在纵横比、边界、包膜、形态、内部回声、后方回声、钙化、腋窝淋巴结、血流分级及动脉血流的阻力指数(RI)等方面较良性结节均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论利用彩超进行二维成像显示以及彩色多普勒检查,可以较为准确地诊断临床上女性乳腺结节良恶性病变,临床上有较好的应用价值。

The Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Lesions of Superficial

Objective To observe the color dopplar ultrasound in the diagnosis of malignant lesions superficial good diagnostic value.Methods 450 cases of benign and malignant diagnosis has female patients with breast nodules exceed 2 d imaging display,and color doppler inspection.Results Breast nodules malignant tumor mass in the aspect ratio,the boundary,envelope,shape,internal echo,rear echo,calcification,armpits lymph nodes,blood flow classification and RI value more benign nodules are significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Using color dopplar ultrasound for 2 d imaging display and color doppler check,can be accurately diagnosed clinically female mammary gland nodules good malignant lesions,clinical has good application value.
