腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床特点分析

目的本文主要是探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析该院从2010年3月—2011年3月收治的进行腹腔镜胆囊切除患者的手术情况。结果 54例患者中有5例患者由于出血过多导致术野不清晰需要中转开腹继续进行手术切除。其中平均的手术时间为(43.2±12.2)min,平均的住院时间为(3.8±0.92)d。患者术后出现并发症有9例。结论选择合适的手术时机以及手术适应症,并且注重手术技巧,能够使得腹腔镜胆囊切除术的成功率提高,是一项安全高效的手术治疗方式。

Analysis of clinical features for laparoscopic operation

Objective This paper is mainly to discuss laparoscopic cholecystectomy clinical characteristics.Methods Aretrospective analysis of our hospital from 2010 March to 2011 March were performed laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients with operation.Results In the 54 patients 5 patients due to excessive bleeding causing the operative field is clearly required conversion to open to continue operation resection.The average operation time was（43.2±12.2）min,the average hospitalization time was 3.8±0.92）days.Patients with postoperative complications in 9 cases.Conclusion Choosing the right operation time and operation indications and operation skills,attention,make laparoscopic cholecystectomy increases success rate,is a safe and efficient operation treatment.
