瑞芬太尼与舒芬太尼在特发性脊柱侧弯麻醉术中唤醒的效果观察

目的对比瑞芬太尼和舒芬太尼用于脊柱手术时对唤醒试验及麻醉的影响。方法选取我院择期特发性脊柱侧弯矫形手术患者40例,随即等分为实验组20例和对照组20例。实验组采用异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼进行麻醉,对照著采用异丙酚联合舒芬太尼。观察术中麻醉唤醒时间及不同时间段循环系统变化结果,麻醉恢复及术后相关并发症。结果所有麻醉患者均在预期内达到唤醒,观察两组在术中麻醉唤醒时间,经统计学分析后两组差异具有统计学意义(,P<0.05)。两组在麻醉后、唤醒后MAP、HR相比两组无明显明显统计学差异(,P>0.05)。所有患者均能在唤醒后配合完成相关指令性肢体动作,瑞芬太尼组在术后呛咳、躁动发生方面明显高于舒芬太尼组(P<0.05)。在术后苏醒延迟及术中知晓方面,两组无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼组在术中唤醒过程中较舒芬太尼组明显具有优势;舒芬太尼组在减少术后呛咳、躁动发生方面较瑞芬太尼有优势。

Remifentanil and Sufentanil in Anesthesia in Idiopathic Scoliosis in the Wake Effect

Objective Biruifentaini and sufentanil anesthesia on awakening test and when spinal impacts.Methods To select our elective orthopaedic surgery in 40 patients with idiopathic scoliosis cases,then divided into experimental group and a control group of 20 cases in 20 cases.Experimental use of propofol combined with remifentanil anaesthetic,control the use of propofol combined with sufentanil.Observation of intraoperative anesthesia wake up and circulatory system changes result in different time,anesthesia and postoperative complications.Results Achieved within all anesthesia patients are expected to wake up,observing two groups of intraoperative anesthesia wake up,after statistical analysis,two statistically significant group differences,(P<0.05).MAP after the two groups after the anesthesia,wake,HR compared two groups of no obvious apparent statistical differences(P>0.05).All patients are to tie in with the completion of the relevant directive after awakening body movements,group of remifentanil in postoperative cough,apparent restlessness than sufentanil group(P<0.05).Recovery after a delay in surgery and intraoperative awareness,two groups of no significant statistical differences,(P>0.05).Conclusion Group of remifentanil sufentanil during intraoperative wake groups clearly have the advantage;group of sufentanil in postoperative cough reduction,remifentanil has the advantage of restlessness.
