舒适护理服务模式对老年骨折患者骨折愈合及功能恢复的影响

目的探讨舒适护理服务模式在老年骨折患者中的临床应用。方法对照组老年骨折患者给予常规护理措施,内容包括病情观察、生命体征监测、用药护理等;观察组老年骨折患者在进行上述常规护理措施基础上,给予舒适护理服务模式进行全面护理。结果观察组老年骨折患者经护理后,骨折愈合率为91.18%、护理满意度为97.06%、功能恢复情况平均得分为(92.31±1.4)分,均明显高于对照组老年骨折患者骨折愈合率为76.47%、护理满意度为79.41%、功能恢复情况平均得分为(84.28±1.2)分,且P<0.05,两组患者护理效果具有统计学意义。结论对老年骨折患者在进行常规护理措施的基础上,给予舒适护理服务,能够有效提高患者骨折愈合率、改善患者功能恢复情况,提高护理满意度,从而提高患者治疗效果,降低护患纠纷发生率,最终提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Comfortable Nursing Service Mode for Elderly Patients with Fractures Fracture Healing and Functional Recovery of the Affected

Objective To investigate the comfortable nursing service model in senile patients with fracture in clinical application.Methods The control group given routine nursing measures of senile fracture patients,including observation,monitoring of vital signs,medication care;observation group of elderly patients with fracture in the routine nursing measures,provide comfortable nursing service mode for comprehensive nursing.Results The observation group of senile patients with fracture in the after care,healing rate was 91.18%,the nursing satisfaction is 97.06%,the function recovery of the average score was 92.31± 1.4,significantly higher than that of the control group of elderly patients with fracture healing rate was 76.47%,the nursing satisfaction for 79.41%,functional recovery of the average score was 84.28± 1.2,and P<0.05,two patients with significant effect of nursing.Conclusion The aged fracture patients in routine nursing interventions based on,give comfort care,can effectively improve the rate of fracture healing,improve the patients functional recovery of patients,improve nursing satisfaction,thus enhance the curative effect,reduce nurse-patient dispute,and ultimately improve patient quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
