颈动脉CT及多普勒超声检查与是否会脑梗死的相干性分析

目的通过对患者的颈动脉进行CT检查,观其是否具有粥样硬化,并分析相关临床资料,归纳其重要作用。方法在我院神经内科出选取急性脑梗死患者90例,另取同期在体检的健康人群90例作为对照组,同时对他们进行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查,整理数据,分析结果。结果对这两组通过超声波检出的数据整理分析可得,脑梗死组中的重型患者的软斑检出率明显大于轻型患者,二组具有显著性差异,具有可比性(P<0.01)。结论通过对颈动脉的CT检查可以有效的降低脑梗死发生的概率,同时由于多普勒检查的无害性,快速性可以大力推广用超生对脑梗死患者进行相关的诊断,治疗等,

Coherent Analysis of Carotid CT and Doppler Ultrasound with Whether of Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate color Doppler ultrasound of carotid artery in cerebral infarction and its effect.Methods The neurology of our hospital with acute cerebral infarction patients hospitalized patients were 90 cases,and select the same period in hospital out-patient medical examination 90 cases of healthy people as control group,the carotid artery color Doppler ultrasound.Results Carotid artery atherosclerosis in detection of cerebral infarction group and control group difference in detection rates of plaque was significantly(P<0.01);cerebral infarction in patients with severe soft plaque detection rate was significantly higher than that of light patients.Conclusion Carotid atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction have great relevance,the diagnosis of cerebral infarction,treatment and prognosis can provide more reliable information,carotid artery ultrasonography price is relatively low,and rapid non-invasive.
