去氧孕烯炔雌醇在绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血中的应用价值分析

目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血临床效果。方法选取绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者62例,随机分为治疗组与对照组各31例,治疗组采用去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗;对照组采用妇康片治疗。结果通过3个月治疗并随访发现,两组患者完全止血时间、不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),两组子宫内膜厚度及治疗有效率比较治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,不良反应小,疗效优于妇康片。

Value Analysis of Desogestrel and Ethinyl Estradiol in Menopausal Transition Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding of menopausal transition.Methods 62 patients for menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,31 cases respectively,patients in the treatment group were given desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for treatment,while patients were given norlutin treatment in the control group.Results By three months of treatment and follow-up,stop bleeding time,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Endometrial thickness and treatment efficiency in the treatment group were significantly better than the control group,there were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol for menopausal transitional dysfunctional uterine bleeding has significant efficacy,and less side effects,is superior to norlutin.
