老年肺癌患者的外科治疗分析

目的分析高龄肺癌患者外科临床治疗经验。方法顾性分析我院2007年1月至2011年6月间行手术治疗的48例70岁以上老年肺癌患者的临床资料。结果行根治性手术45例,姑息性手术者3例。围手术期死亡2例。术后并发症12例,并发症发生率25.0%,其中肺不张3例,肺部感染4例,心力衰竭3例,室上性心动过速2例,下肢静脉栓塞1例,均经积极治疗痊愈出院。结论对老龄肺癌患者应及时诊断,加强围手术期管理的前提下尽早行外科手术治疗,可提高年生存率,明显提高生活质量。

Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Elderly Patients with Lung Cancer

Objective Analysis of elderly patients with lung cancer surgical treatment experience.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2007 January ~ 2011 June underwent operation treatment of 48 cases of lung cancer in elderly patients over 70 years of clinical data.Results Radical operation in 45 cases,palliative operation in 3 cases.Peri operation period of death in 2 cases.Postoperative complications occurred in 12 cases,the rate of complications was 25% of which 3 cases of atelectasis,pulmonary infection in 4 cases,3 cases of heart failure,ventricular tachycardia of heartbeat in 2 cases,venous embolism of 1 cases were cured,after active treatment.Conclusion In aged lung cancer patients should prompt the diagnosis,strengthen peri operation period management under the premise of surgical operation treatment as soon as possible,can improve the survival rate,improve the quality of life.
