在临床路径中应用多媒体进行医患沟通的效果评价

目的研究多媒体在神经内科临床路径病例中的应用效果。方法 108例纳入临床路径诊疗管理的自发性脑出血、低血钾性周期性瘫痪、特发性面神经麻痹及癫痫病例,使用随机数字法分成两组,研究组应用多媒体的形式对患者或家属对患者的诊断、治疗、预后等进行讲解,对照组则使用普通的纸质版沟通文件,比较两组患方的知晓度及满意度。结果研究组中患方对疾病的知晓率、医患的配合程度、对医疗工作的满意度均高于对照组。结论采用多媒体的形式使患者更能形象、准确的了解病情发生、发展、转归、预后,使患者治疗的主动性明显增高,治疗的依从性增强,从而提高了医疗工作的满意度。

Effectiveness Evaluation about Application of Multimedia for Doctor-patient Communication in Clinical Pathway

Objective To investigate the effectiveness about application of multimedia for doctor-patient communication in clinical pathway.Methods One hundred and eight patients diagnosed as spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage,hypokalemic periodic paralysis,idiopathic facial paralysis or epilepsy were recruited in clinical pathway and were randomly divided into two groups.Multimedia were applied to introduce the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis to the patients and(or) family in study group and in control group,paper documents were used.The degree of patients’ knowledge and satisfaction were compared.Results The degree of patients’ knowledge,doctor-patient cooperation and patients’ satisfaction to the curative activity in study group were significantly higher than control group.Conclusion The application of multimedia for doctor-patient communication make patients understand the diseases’ take place,development and prognosis more imagic and accurate,increase the patients’ initiative and compliance to the treatment,thus,raise the degree of patients’ satisfaction to medical work.
