| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期临床疗效。方法本研究对收治的缺血性脑卒中急性期患者采用中西医结合卒中单元治疗,并与仅采用西医西医卒中单元的对照组进行临床对比研究。结果观察组15d和30d时BI、FMA评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合卒中单元治疗缺血性脑卒中急性期患者可明显改善患者的肢体功能,提高日常常生活活动能力。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine stroke unit on acute period of ischemic stroke.Methods This study of patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to integrative medicine stroke unit treatment and comparative clinical efficacy with control group using only western medicine stroke unit.Results 15d and 30d BI,FMA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative stroke unit treatment in patients with acute ischemic stroke can significantly improve the patient's limb function,the day often improve life activity. |
