腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的疗效评价

目的评价腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管异位妊娠的临床效果。方法选取已确诊为输卵管异位妊娠的住院患者60例,随机分为2组:第一组30例为腹腔镜手术组;第二组30例为传统开腹手术组。分别观察各组术中出血量、手术时间、肛门排气时间、术后腹痛消失时间、住院时间、患侧输卵管保存率。结果腹腔镜手术组与传统开腹手术组比较出血量明显减少(P<0.05),肛门排气时间、术后腹痛消失时间、住院时间明显缩短(P<0.05),患侧输卵管保存率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠与传统开腹手术治疗方法比较,具有安全、创伤小、并发症少、恢复快等良好的临床效果。

Effect Evaluation of Laparoscopic Operation in Treatment of Tubal Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the effects on laparoscopic operation in treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy.Methods Sixty inpatients with tubal ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups: The first group(60 cases) was treated with laparoscopic operation;The second group(60 cases) was treated with traditional laparotomy.Those of each group were measured about the blood loss volume during the operation、the operation time、the time of the recovery of intestinal peristalsis,the time of abdominal pain,the hospitalization time and the conservation rate of fallopian tube.Results There were significant difference between two groups about the blood loss volume during the operation、the time of the recovery of intestinal peristalsis,the time of abdominal pain,the hospitalization time and the conservation rate of fallopian tube(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic operation in treatment of tubal ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of higher safety,less trauma,fewer complications,quicker recovery than traditional laparotomy.
