传染病医院感染管理状况与对策

目的探讨传染病医院感染管理中存在的主要问题,提出对策。方法对2009年河南省传染病医院医院感染管理督导检查中发现的问题提出相应措施,经过2年改进,于2011年12月进行效果评估。结果感染管理组织机构不健全;培训力度不够、全员预防医院感染意识差;医院感染管理制度欠完善、落实不到位;医疗废弃物的管理欠规范;部分建筑布局欠合理;医务人员个人防护意识差等,是传染病医院感染管理中存在的主要问题。结论 2年来通过健全组织机构、加强培训、树立全员参与感染控制意识、建立与健全医院感染管理制度并落实、改进建筑布局、适时质量控制、及时解决问题等的有效管理对传染病医院感染控制有显著效果。

Situation and Countermeasures of Infectious Disease Hospital with Infection Management

Objective To discuss the main problem in hospital infection management,and suggest countermeasures.Methods According to the problems found in hospital infection management supervision of Henan province Infectious Disease Hospital in 2009,suggest corresponding measures.Then make effect assessment in Dec 2011 after two-year improvement.Results Unsound infection management organization,insufficient training strength,bad consciousness of preventing infection,unsound and not fully implemented infection management system,nonstandard medical waste management,illogical building layout,bad protection consciousness of medical personnel,are the main problems in hospital infection management.Conclusions By means of improving the organizations,strengthening the training,setting total infection control consciousness,improving and implementing infection management system,improving building layout,making timely quality control and solving problem in time within 2 years,these make significant effect to hospital infection management.
