| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨P16和PTEN在前列腺癌的表达和其与肿瘤分级、分期和转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化方法对 45例前列腺癌组织进行了P16和PTEN蛋白检测。结果 在前列腺癌组织中P16和PTEN蛋白表达阳性率为5 7 8% ( 2 6/4 5 )和 3 1 1% ( 14 /4 5 )。P16和PTEN蛋白表达与前列腺癌分级、分期和转移相关 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 P16和PTEN蛋白表达可作为辅助临床判断前列腺癌生物学行为和预测预后的参考指标

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of P16 and PTEN in prostatic cancer(Pca)and significance of this tumor.Methods The expression of P16 and PTEN in 45 cases of Pca was studied with immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive expression rate of P16 and PTEN in Pca was 57.8%(26/45)and 31.1%(14/45),respectively.P16 and PTEN were correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of Pca and correlated with metastases(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of P16 and PTEN protein might be an useful tumor marker for Pca in evaluating the tumor bioloigical behavior and prognosis. |
