摘    要:目的:建立安坤颗粒中阿魏酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用Dikma Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸(20:80);流速:1.0ml·min^-1;柱温:35℃;检测波长:316nm。结果:阿魏酸进样量在0.0527~1.6858μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.28%(RSD=1.03%,n=9)。结论:本法快速、简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制的方法。

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the detemination of ferulic acid in Ankun granules. Method: A Dikma Diamonsil Cls column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was applied, acetonitrile and 0. 085% phosphate acid(20: 80) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1 , the column temperature was at 35℃ and the detection wavelength was at 316nm. Result: The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 052 7 - 1. 685 8 μg, the average recovery was 98.28 % ( RSD = 1.03 % , n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate, and can be used to control the quality of this preparation.
