| Abstract: | The article introduces the experience on enthusiastically developing key specialty of the People' s Hospital, Shiyan City, Hubei Province, namely to guarantee 4 actual implementations for developing key specialty: plan of science, organizations and structure, guarantee measures and publicity activities; to develop talent platform based on humanism service; to highlight new profession, new technology and to form special advantages; to initiate hospital by developing science and technology, to develop, in a parallel way, medical service, science and education in a coordinated manner; to improve hardware, environment, installations and facilities. |
