西比灵胶囊合用雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹远期疗效分析

目的观察分析西比灵胶囊合用雷尼替丁治疗慢性荨麻疹的远期疗效。方法治疗组62例用西比灵胶囊合用雷尼替丁口服;与对照组60例口服刻免胶囊和雷尼替丁,疗程结束后进行远期疗效观察。结果治疗组疗程结束时观察的总有效率是93.5%,x2=0.119p>0.05。与对照组比较无明显差别:疗程结束后1个月时观察治疗组的总有效率是77.4%,与对照组比较有显著性差异,x2=5.107p<0.05,疗效优于对照组;疗程结束后3个月时观察治疗组的总有效率是72.6%,与对照组比较有高度显著性差异,x2=11.915p<0.01,疗效明显优于对照组。结论西比灵胶囊合用雷尼替丁口服治疗慢性荨麻疹的远期疗效好,复发率低。

Forward thera peutic Effect Aralysis of Flunarizine and Rantidine in the Treatment of Chronic urticaria

Objective To observe and analysis the forward therapeutic effect of Fluarizine and Rantidine on patients with chronic urticaria Methods 62cases with chronic uriticaria were treated with Flunarizine And Rantidine(as treated group).The60samples were treated with Triprolidinehcl and Rantidine(as comparative group).After course treatment,Observe the forward Therapeutic effect Result s After course treatment,he treated group total effective rate was93.5%(x 2 =0.119,p>0.05)Compare with that of the sample group,there were no significant statistic difference.One month later,the treated group total effective rate was77.4%.And there was significant differece between the two groups(x 2 =5.107p<0.05)The treated group was higher than that of com-parative groups in the rate of total effect.Three months later,the treated group total effective rate was72.6%,There was obviously significant difference between the two groups(x 2 =11.915,p<0.01),The therapeutic effect of the treated groups were apparently superior to the comparative group.Conclusion s Flunarizine and Rantidinein teating chronic urticaria has good forward therapeatic effect and have a low relapse rate
