| 摘 要： | 为观察美沙拉秦加痛泻要方加味治疗肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效，将67例肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例。对照组采用美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用痛泻要方加味治疗，比较两组总有效率、肠黏膜改善情况、镜下脓血改善情况、腹痛症状减轻情况以及复发率情况。结果显示，治疗组总有效率为94．1％，对照组为84．8％，两组无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。治疗组总复发率11．8％，对照组45．5％，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗组在改善肠黏膜、镜下脓血及减轻腹痛等方面均明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，美沙拉秦加痛泻要方加味治疗肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎疗效确切，复发率低。
