| 摘 要： | 应用细胞免疫荧光技术和流式细胞术对32例子宫内膜癌，26例子宫内膜癌前病变和10例正常子宫内膜组织进行了ras癌基因产物P21蛋白和DNA倍体的检测。结果发现：在正常子宫内膜组织中无P21蛋白的表达，子宫内膜癌P21的表达高于癌前病变，P＜0．05。P21蛋白的表达荧光指数随组织学分级的升高而增加，并与DNA倍体有关。但与临床分期，肌层浸润深度和淋巴结转移无关。说明P21蛋白与子宫内膜癌的发生有关。临床检测P21蛋白和DNA倍体有利于判断子宫内膜癌的恶性程度和预后。

| Abstract: | Immunofluorescence methods and flow cytometry were used in the specimens from 32 endometrial carcinoma, 26 pre-malignant lesion and 10 normal endometrium to observe the expression of ras oncogene product P21 protein and DNA ploidy. The result showed the expression of ras P21 protein were negative in normal endometrium, but higher in carcinoma than pre-malignant lesion (P<0. 05). The fluorescence index of P21 expression were assosiated with histological grade and DNA ploidy, but not with clinical stage, depth of myometrial invasion and lymph node metastases. The findidngs indicated that P21 protein was related to the oncogenesis of endometrial neoplasm. Detection of P21 protein and DNA ploidy is beneficial to the evaluation of malignancy and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. |
