| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨心理治疗对突发性聋愈后的影响。方法：以1995年后的50例住院患者为治疗组，1990年至1994年的50例住院患者为对照组，两组均采用中西医结合治疗，治疗组同时通过宣教、交谈、观察等方式了解患者心理状态，了解和掌握其心理需要，进行预见性、针对性心理治疗和护理，调动患者的主观能动性和积极性，使其积极配合治疗，提高疗效；结果：治疗组治愈率24.0%，显效率52.0％，有效率86.0%，明显优于对照组，差异有显著性（P＜0.05）；结论：心理治疗对突发性聋的治疗有一定的辅助作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of psycho-treatment on sudden deafness.Method:All patients with sudden deafness were divided into two groups each 50 subjects; therapy group received the psycho-nurse while they were treated with way of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.The control group was performed only with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine match above group.Result:There was 86.0% efficacy in therapy group and there was a difference(P<0.05) between two groups.Conclusion:It is useful to treat deafness with psycho-way. |
