| 摘 要： | 目的：探索SD大鼠损伤坐骨神经组织中43kD蛋白的表达。方法：采用周围神经43kD蛋白单克隆抗体，以Western Blot方法检测大鼠损伤坐骨神经中相应蛋白的表达情况。结果：正常大鼠坐骨神经组织与大鼠损伤后2周的坐骨神经远侧端组织，在43kD处均有免疫反应阳性条带，在大鼠损伤后2周的坐骨神经远侧端组织中阳性反应产物着色较深。结论：大鼠坐骨神经组织中有43kD蛋白的表达，而损伤神经远侧端43kD蛋白表达增强。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the 43kD protein expression in the injured sciatic nerve. Methods:With anti-43kD protein antibody, Western Blot was used to exam the expression of 43kD-protein in the distal stump of transected sciatic nerve after 2 weeks .Results:Special positive band was found on 43kD in both normal sciatic nerve and injured sciatic nerve, and dark bands were found in the distal stump of transected sciatic nerve after 2 weeks .Conclusions:The expression of 43kD-protein can be found in both normal and injured sciatic nerves,and more protein expression is in the distal stump of injured sciatic nerve. |
