幽门螺杆菌感染与胃溃疡胃癌发病的相关分析

目的:比较幽门螺杆菌(H Pylori)感染与胃溃疡,胃癌及好发部位的关系。方法:对我院消化内科电子胃镜检查的1680例Hp检测结果与胃溃疡,食管癌,胃癌的对比分析。结果:1680例病人中,浅表性胃炎,Hp感染率60％～70％,胃溃疡70％～80％,食管癌、胃癌达90％以上。上消化道肿瘤中,食管癌发生率为首位,其次是胃底贲门癌,Hp感染率最高。消化性溃疡中,多发复合性溃疡发病率高,其次是胃溃疡,幽门口,十二指肠球部溃疡,Hp感染率都在80％以上。结论:Hp感染与活动性胃炎,肠上皮化生萎缩性胃炎,不典型增生,胃癌、胃溃疡的发生有相关性。

The Correlative Analysis of Helicobacter Pylori Infection with Gastric Ulcer and Gastric Cancer

Objective:To inquire the relationship between helicohacter pylori infection and gastric ulcer,gastic cancer and its positive site.Methods: 1680 cases of Hp infection examined by electronic gastroscope were diagnosed through normal pathological process. Results: Among 1680 cases, Easophygeal carcinorma and gatric the infectious rate of Hp in surface gatricitis, gatric ulcer was 60% - 70% ,70% ~ 80% and more than 90% respectively. The first incidence among the upper-alimentary canal tumors is easopy-hegal carcinoma and gashic cancer is the second, which the infectious rate of Hp is the highest.The first incidence among the peptic ulcer is multicomposite ulcer, and gastric ulcer is the second, which the infectious rate of Hp is more than 80% . Conclusion: The Hphlori infection may be closely related to the occurrence of chronic gatricitis, Intestinal metaplasia, atrophied gatricitis, gastric cancer geatric ulcer.
