宫颈癌术前聚维酮碘阴道灌洗与阴道擦洗消毒效果的对比

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈癌患者术前应用聚维酮碘进行阴道灌洗与阴道擦洗两种阴道准备方式的临床效果。方法将120例宫颈癌患者术前随机分成实验组(聚维酮碘阴道灌洗消毒法)和对照组(聚维酮碘阴道擦洗消毒法)各60例,比较两组宫颈和穹隆细菌培养及术后临床症状及外周血象改变。结果实验组细菌培养的阳性率、术后发热和外周血白细胞升高等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前选择聚维酮碘阴道灌洗法的消毒效果明显优于常规的阴道擦洗法,而且能减轻患者的恐惧心理,是适用于宫颈癌手术前一种安全有效的阴道准备方式。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two preoperative vaginal preparation methods:Povidone-Iodine by vaginal douching and vaginal scrubing,for the cervical cancer patients.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cervical cancer were evenly randomized into an experimental group(Povidone-Iodine disinfection by vaginal douching) and a control group(Povidone-Iodine disinfection by vaginal scrubing).The results of bacterial culture of cervical and vaginal fornix,clinical symptoms after operation and peripheral blood gas change were compared between the 2 groups.Results The positive rate of bacterial culture,postoperative febrile morbidity and peripheral blood leukocytes were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Disinfection effect of Povidone-Iodine vaginal douching is superior to that of vaginal scrubing.Furthermore,Povidone-lodine can reduce the psychological fear of the patients;it is a safe and effective way for the preoperative vaginal preparations for the cervical cancer patients.
