| 摘 要： | 长江三峡建坝引起社会生态环境的改变能否导致库区血吸虫病的传播与流行一直是公共卫生领域关注和研究的课题。该文就三峡建坝后库区钉螺扩散孳生的可能性、传染源输入途径以及人群社会行为因素对血吸虫病传播的影响方面的研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Possible impact of ecological and social environmental changes due to the construction of the Three Gorges Dam on the transmission of schistosomiasis draws great attention of the health authority and publics. This article reviews the situation and progress of research on schistosomiasis transmission in reservoir area from three aspects: the possibility of snail spreading and breeding, imported infection sources and social behavioral factors of the people. |
