急诊药物治疗阵发性室上性心动过速80例疗效分析

目的比较普罗帕酮与维拉帕米治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的临床效果。方法将80例PSVT随机分为普罗帕酮治疗组和维拉帕米治疗组,各40例,分为应用普罗帕酮和维拉帕米治疗。观察记录两组用药后复律有效率及不良反应。结果两组复律有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应比较普罗帕酮组为7.5%,维拉帕米组为17.5%。两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论普罗帕酮与维拉帕米治疗PSVT均可取得较好的临床疗效,普罗帕酮较维拉帕米不良反应较少,临床应用更安全,可作为首选用药。

80 Cases of Emergency Drug Treatment of Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia

Objective To compare the clinical effect of Propafenone and Verapamil to cure PSVT.Methods 80 cases of PSVT randomly divided into a the of propafenone treatment group and the verapamil treatment group,40 cases in each,divided into application propafenone and verapamil therapy.Observed and recorded two sets of medication after cardioversion efficiency and adverse reactions.Results Two sets of cardioversion efficiency difference was not statistically significant（P 0.05）.The adverse reactions propafenone group of 7.5%,the the verapamil group of 17.5%.The difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Propafenone and verapamil treatment of PSVT can achieve better clinical efficacy,propafenone verapamil fewer adverse reactions,and clinical application more secure,as the preferred drug.
