| 摘 要： | 目的:观察T细胞亚群在支原体肺炎中的变化,探讨其在支原体肺炎发病中的作用。方法:采集肺炎支原体患者及对照组肺泡灌洗液(BALF),采用单克隆抗体-碱性磷酸酶法(APAAP)进行T淋巴细胞亚群检测(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)。结果:在55例支原体肺炎患者中,T细胞亚群CD3、CD4降低、CD8增高、CD4/CD8比值降低,与对照组间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:免疫功能低下可能在支原体肺炎疾病的发病过程中起到重要作用,支原体肺炎患者的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8存在一定的变化规律。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe T lymphocyte subsets in mycoplasma pneumonia changes and discuss its role in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods:Collecting of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) in patients with mycoplasma pneumoniae and control groups,using method of monoclonalantibody-alkaline phosphatase(APAAP) to detect T-lymphoc.ytes(CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8).Results:In 55 sufferers of mycoplasma+pneumonia,CD3,CD4 decreased,CD8 increased,CD4/CD8 ratio decreased in T cell subsets,there are significant differences between the patient group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immunosuppression may play an important role in the pathogenesis of mycoplasma pneumonia disease's process,there is some variation in patients with mycoplasma pneumonia of CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8. |
