轻比重、单侧腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉在老年患者髋关节手术中的应用

目的:观察轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻联合硬膜外麻醉用于髋关节置换手术的临床效果和可行性。方法:选择髋关节置换手术的老年患者135例,给予轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉,比较麻醉前、麻醉后5、10、15、20、30min及出手术室时的收缩压、舒张压、心率、血氧饱和度。结果:MAP、HR和SpO2与麻醉前差异无显著性,术中、术后无恶心、呕吐、头痛和尿潴留发生。结论:轻比重布比卡因单侧腰麻-联合硬膜外麻醉用于髋关节置换手术起效快、效果满意、循环稳定,是可行的。

The Use of Hypobaric,Unilateral Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in Hip Replacement Surgery for Elderly Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and feasibility of hypobaric bupivacaine on unilateral combined spinal-epidural anesthesia(CSEA)for hip replacement surgery.Methods:Select 135 cases of elderly patients with hip replacement surgery,give hypobaric bupivacaine unilateral combined spinal-epidural anesthesia and comparing the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,blood oxygen saturation before and 5,10,15,20,30 minutes after the anesthesia as well as the figures before leaving the operating room.Results:The difference of MAP,HR and SpO2 before and after anesthesia was not significant.There was no nausea,vomiting,headache and urinary retention in the middle and after the operation.Conclusion:The hypobaric bupivacaine unilateral combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for hip replacement surgery is functional perfectly.It has a rapid effect,and the results were satisfied with a stable circulation.
