经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床研究

目的:分析经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折临床疗效。方法:应用经皮球囊扩张椎体成形术治疗21例骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折患者,所有手术行双侧椎弓根入路置入球囊撑开复位后用骨水泥填充,均在C型臂X线机引导下进行。观察术后椎体高度及脊柱后凸改善情况和症状缓解情况。同期有21例患者采用经皮椎体成形术,观察两组疗效对比。结果:所有患者术后均获得随访,随访时间为6～48个月,平均20.1个月。观察组患者疼痛症状均有不同程度的改善,椎体高度明显恢复,后突成角明显改善,骨水泥用量少,随访期间椎体高度无明显丢失,未出现肺栓塞、骨水泥渗漏等并发症。对照组发生3例骨水泥渗漏并发症,经补充治疗,治愈出院。结论:经皮球囊扩张成形术是治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的微创手术,具有复位效果好、畸形矫形效果明显、疼痛缓解好的优点,可显著提高老年患者的生活质量,在严格掌握手术指征和操作技术的前提下,是治疗骨质疏松性骨折的一种有效方法。

Percutaneous Kyphoplasty for the Treatment of Severe Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Objective:To analyze recent clinical efficacy of Percutaneous Kyphoplasty for the treatment of severe osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods:Data from 21 patients who suffered from severe vertebral compression fractures was retrospectively reviewed.42 percutaneous kyphoplasty were performed under C arm X-ray machine guidance.To observe postoperative vertebral height and kyphosis improvement and relief of symptoms.The same period,21 cases were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty technique to observe the contrast of two groups.Results:All patients were followed up for 6~48 months,with an average of 20.1 months.The pain symptoms improved of varying degrees,vertebral height was restored in all patients,after the sudden angulation improved significantly,no significant loss of vertebral height,complications such as bone cement leakage,pulmonary embolism did not appear during follow-up.The efficacy of the efficacy of the observation group than the control group.Conclusion:Percutaneous balloon angioplasty is the treatment for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in minimally invasive surgery,with a reduction effect,orthopedic deformity effect,pain relief,good benefits,significantly improve the quality of life in elderly patients.Under the strict control of surgical indications and technique of the premise,it is an effective method for the treatment of osteoporotic fractures.
