加味散偏汤治疗偏头痛随机对照临床研究

目的]观察加味散偏汤治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法]将100例患者随机分为两组,治疗组予加味散偏汤,对照组给予氟桂嗪胶囊治疗,疗程为1个月。结果]治疗组有效率94%,对照组有效率86%;两组总有效率比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),治疗组治愈率46.0%,对照组23.3%,两组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗前后脑血流速度比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论]加味散偏汤治疗偏头痛疗效显著。

Modified Sanpian Decoction in Treating Migraine Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

Objective] to observe the Modified Sanpian Decoction in the treatment of migraine.Methods]100 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group to the Modified Sanpian decoction,the control group received flunarizine capsules treatment,treatment for 1 months.Results] the effective rate of treatment group is 94%,the effective rate of control group 86%;total effective rate between the two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05),treatment group,the cure rate was 46%,23.3% in the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01).The two groups before and after treatment of cerebral blood flow velocity,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion] Modified Sanpian Decoction migraine treatment curative effect remarkable.
