步长脑心通对不稳定型心绞痛D-二聚体和血粘度的影响

目的探讨步长脑心通对不稳定型心绞痛D-二聚体和血粘度的影响。方法选择2006年11月—2009年11月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者64例,随机分为A组和B组各32例,患者均给予综合治疗,A组在综合治疗基础上应用步长脑心通胶囊,B组在综合治疗基础上应用阿司匹林。比较分析两组治疗前后D‐二聚体和血粘度表达。结果治疗6个月后A组总有效率90.62%,B组总有效率93.75%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗后两组D-二聚体和血粘度均有明显降低,治疗后两组各时间点D-二聚体、血粘度与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后各时间点A组D-二聚体、血粘度与B组比较均无统计学意义(均P﹥0.05)。治疗6个月后,不良反应发生率A组和B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长脑心通在不稳定型心绞痛治疗方面有一定的优势,可降低D‐二聚体和血粘度,且不良反应小,值得临床应用。

Effects of Buchang Naoxintong capsules on D-Dimer expression and blood viscosity in unstable angina

Objective To discuss the effects of Buchang Naoxintong capsules on D -dimer expression and blood viscosity in patients with unstable angina. Methods From November 2006 to November 2009, 64 treated cases with unstable angi- na were randomly divided into two groups： group A and group B, 32 cases for each. Comprehensive therapy was given to both groups, in addition, Buchang Naoxintang capsules to group A and aspirin to group B. D - dimer expression and blood viscosity in both groups were evaluated before and after treatment. Results After a 6 - month treatment, the total effective rate was 90.62% in group A and 93.75% in group B, which showed no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）. After treat- ment, D - dimer expression and blood viscosity decreased obviously in both groups; D - dimer expression and blood viscos- ity at different time points were significantly different （ all P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between two groups in D - dimer expression and the blood viscosity at different time points after treatment （ p 〉 0. 05 ）. Significant difference between two groups was found in the incidence of adverse reactions （ P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusions Buchang Naoxin- tong capsules can decrease D - dimer expression and blood viscosity with fewer adverse reactions, which are more effective for unstable angina and can be pol0ularized in clinical practice.
