重型脑外伤患者凝血功能的变化

目的 探讨单纯性重型颅脑损伤患者的凝血功能指标动态变化及其与患者病情及预后关系.方法 选取2007年1月～ 2012年12月间在我院住院治疗的88例单纯性颅脑损伤患者为实验组,选取同期收治的30例单纯性头皮外伤或颅骨损伤患者作为对照组.监测实验组患者的凝血四项指标,分析其变化过程.结果 重型颅脑损伤患者在入院时即可出现凝血功能紊乱,并在伤后3d达到高峰,在伤后7～10d逐渐恢复正常,实验组患者的部分凝血功能指标与患者病情和预后相关.结论 重型颅脑损伤患者常合并凝血功能紊乱,其凝血功能指标与患者伤情严重程度有一定相关性,应针对此采取相应防治措施.

Patients with Severe Brain Injury Changes in Coagulation

Objective Study the disorder of coagulation in simple severe head injury patients.Methods Select 88 patients with simple severe head injury from January 2007 to December 2012 in our hospital for the treatment group,and select 30 patients with simple scalp trauma or skull injury in the same period as control group,monitor the changes of coagulation indicators.Results Coagulopathy in patients with traumatic brain injury can occur at the time of admission,and reached its peak in the days after injury,after injury,7 ～10 d gradually returned to normal,part of the experimental group patients coagulation indicators with GCS score was negatively correlated.Conclusion Patients with severe traumatic brain injury is often associated with coagulation disorders,coagulation indicators have some correlation with injury severity in patients,appropriate control measures should be taken for this.
