丹参川芎嗪注射液联合地尔硫卓治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的 观察丹参川芎嗪注射液联合地尔硫卓治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效.方法 将120例变异型心绞痛患者随机分为2组：治疗组（60例）和对照组（60例）,两组患者均常规应用硝酸酯类药物、阿司匹林、低相对分子质量肝素、钙离子拮抗剂（地尔硫卓）、调酯药物.治疗组加用丹参川芎嗪注射,疗程均为2周.观察两组患者治疗前后症状及心电图变化.结果 治疗组症状缓解的总有效率、心电图的改善率均高于治疗组,无不良反应.结论 丹参川芎嗪注射液辅助治疗变异型心绞痛安全有效.

To Observe the Effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection Combined with Diltiazem in Patients with Variant Angina Pectoris

Objective To observe the curative effect of danshen chuanxiongqin injection combined with diltiazem in patients with variant angina pectoris.Methods 120 patients with variant angina patients were randomly divided into 2 groups：the treatment group （60 cases） and control group （60 cases）,two groups were treated with routine application of nitrates,aspirin,low molecular weight heparin calcium ion antagonist,（diltiazem）,adjustable ester drug.The treatment group was treated with danshen chuanxiongqin injection,treatment for 2 weeks.To observe the changes of symptoms and electrocardiogram of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results The treatment efficiency of total group the remission of symptoms,ECG improvement rate were higher than the treatment group,no adverse reaction.Conclusion The safety and efficacy of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine injection adjuvant treatment of variant angina.
