摘    要:目的 探讨Snail和N-cadherin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其临床意义.方法 采用免疫组化染色法(SP法)检测80例乳腺浸润性导管癌、30例乳腺导管内癌和30例乳腺普通型增生组织中Snail与N-cadherin的表达.结果 乳腺浸润性导管癌中Snail和N-cadherin阳性表达率均显著高于乳腺导管内癌与乳腺普通型增生(P<0.01);Snail和N-cadherin在乳腺浸润性导管癌表达与淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.01);Snail和N-cadherin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中表达呈正相关(r=0.36,P<0.01).结论 Snail和N-cadherin在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的过表达参与乳腺癌发生、发展以及浸润转移.

Abstract:Objective To explore expressions and clinical significance of Snail and neurologic type of cadherin (N-cadherin) in invasive ductal carcinoma of mammary glands. Methods Expressions of Snail and N-cadherin were detected in 80 patients with invasive ductal carcinoma, 30 patients with intraductal breast carcinoma and 30 patients with usual ductal hyperplasia by immunohistostaining method. Results The positive expression rates of Snail and N-cadherin in invasive ductal carcinoma were significantly higher than those in intraductal breast carcinoma and usual ductal hyperplasia respectively (P 〈 0. 01 ) ; expressions of Snail and N-cadherin in invasive ductal carcinoma related to lymphatic metastasis and TNM stages ( P 〈 0.01 ) ; and there was a positive correlation between expressions of Snail and N-cadherin ( r = 0.36,P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The overexpressions of Snail and N-cadherin may be more valuable in diagnosis of occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of breast cancer.
