Cook宫颈扩张球囊用手足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床分析

目的 探讨COOK扩张球囊促宫颈成熟并引产的有效性和安全性.方法 选择2012年1~12月在我院产科住院有引产指征的初产妇作为研究对象,43例自愿选择应用宫颈扩张球囊者为研究组,同期43例选择应用缩宫素者为对照组,比较两组促宫颈成熟的效果、引产成功率、剖宫产率及对母儿的影响.结果 在促宫颈成熟有效率、临产时间及剖宫产率方面,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组较对照组宫颈成熟率高、临产时间短且剖宫产率低.两组产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息等无统计学差异.结论 Cook宫颈扩张球囊促宫颈成熟及引产安全有效,降低了不必要剖宫产,值得临床推广应用.

Clinical analysis of Cook cervical expansion ballon for cervical ripening and labor induction during full-term pregnancy

Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Cook cervical expansion ballon for cervical ripening and labor induction during full-term pregnancy. Methods Comparison research was conducted among pregnancy who admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. 43 fuU-term primate pregnancy with labor induction indications were enroUed in the study group, who selected Cool cervical expansion balloon for induction of labor, while 43 full-term primate pregnancy with labor induction indications during the corresponding period were enrolled in the control group, who selected oxytocin for induction of la- bor. Cervical ~Dening efficiency, success induction rate, cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage rate, the maternal and neonatal effect were compared between the two groups. Results There was significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ） in cervical ripening efficiency, sueess induction rate, cesarean section rate. The study group had higher cervical ripening,higher success induction rate and lower cesarean section rate compared with the control group. There were no significant differences in postpartum hemor- rhage, fetal distress and asphyxia neonatornm （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It might be safe and effective in promoting cervical ripe- ning and labor indction using cook cervical expansion ballon. The application should be popularized in clinic.
