体位干预在降低剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的临床效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨体位干预对预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的作用。方法将562例剖宫产产妇随机分为干预组281例和对照组281例,干预组产妇产后采用体位干预措施,而对照组产妇产后则采用常规的治疗。结果干预组患者下肢肿胀,下肢疼痛比例干预组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);栓子直径干预组明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组浅静脉曲张和下肢静脉血栓发生比例低于对照组,干预组血栓程度轻于对照,但是差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论体位干预能有效预防宫产产妇下肢深静脉血栓形成,值得临床进一步推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mpact of body position intervention on postpartum deep vein thrombosis of cesarean section.Methods 562 patients with cesarean section were randomly divided into intervention group of 281 cases and control group 281 cases,the intervention group of postnatal maternal postural interventions,while the control group adopted conventional postnatal maternal treatment. Results The proportion of lower extremity pain intervention group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05),The emboli in diameter intervention group was significantly less than the control group (P < 0.05),intervention group varicose veins and deep vein thrombosis occurrence of thrombosis less than the control group,the intervention group to a lesser degree than the control,but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion Body position intervention is effective in the prevention of postpartum deep venous thrombosis of cesarean section,which is worth in the further clinical promotion.
