摘    要:目的 观察动态胰岛素泵对2型糖尿病患者血糖波动控制的效果.方法 将我院内分泌科2010年2月-2012年2月住院44例2型糖尿病患者随机分成2组,分别接受动态血糖监测、持续皮下胰岛素输注(CSⅡ)、Care Link糖尿病管理软件联合治疗即3C治疗和CSⅡ治疗,每组22例.比较两组血糖波动控制的效果.结果 3C治疗组24 h平均血糖(MBG)、血糖波动系数(SDBG)、平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、日间血糖平均绝对差(MODD)均优于CSⅡ治疗组(P<0.05),而两组间平均血糖波动次数(NGE) 、血糖<3.9 mmol/L的曲线下面积(AUC3.9)差异无显著性(P>0.05).结论 在血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者中,3C治疗可以在不增加低血糖风险的情况下使血糖快速、平稳达标.

Abstract:Objective To observe sensor-augmented insulin-pump in regulation of the glucose fluctuations of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods A total of 44 patients with T2DM in our hospital during February 2010 and February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (n = 22) accepted continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) , continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion (CSII) combined with CareLink therapy(3C) , and group B ( n = 22) was given CSII therapy. The efficacy of the two groups in regulation of the glucose fluctuations was compared. Results The values of mean blood glucose (MBG) , standard deviation of blood glucose (SDBG) , mean amplitude of glycemic excursions (MAGE) and absolute means of daily differences (MODD) after treatment for 24 h in the two groups showed significant differences ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the values in effective blood glucose fluctuations in frequency (NGE) and area under curve (AUC) 〈 3.9 mmol/L showed no significant differences (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Patients with T2DM, whose blood glucose are not controled well, may accept 3C therapy, which may rapidly and stably reduce blood glucose fluctuations without increasing hypoglycemia risk.
