参麦注射液在低血容量性休克早期液体复苏中的应用

目的 观察参麦注射液对低血容量性休克患者早期液体复苏时的临床应用.方法将2010年5月-2013年1月在泉州解放军180医院急诊科急救的68例低血容量性休克随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组34例,对照组按照抗休克常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液60 ml,0.5 h内静脉滴注完.检测部分常规、生化、凝血指标.结果 经抗休克治疗后,两组部分常规、生化、凝血指标与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,且治疗组指标较对照组改善更为明显,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.两组收缩压在治疗0.5,1,2,6,12和24 h时间点的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 在低血容量性休克的早期液体复苏中,使用参麦注射液配合常规液体复苏有助于改善患者临床症状,为下一步治疗争取宝贵机会.

Shenmai Injection on Early Fluid Resuscitation in Treatment of Hypovolemic Shock

Objective To observe the clinical application of Shenmai Injection on early fluid resuscitation in treatment of hypovolemic shock. Methods A total of 68 patients with hypovolemic shock in our hospital during May 2010 and January 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 34） and control group （n = 34）. The control group accepted conventional anti-shock therapy, while the treatment group received Shenmai Injection 60 ml within 0.5 h intravenous infusion based on the control group therapy. Part of indexes of routine, biochemistry and cruor were detected. Results After anti-shock treatment, part of indexes of routine, biochemistry and cruor in the two groups showed significant differences compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） , and the improvement in treatment group was significantly better compared with that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The differences of systolic blood pressure in two groups on O. 5 h, 1 h, 2 h, 6 h, 12 h and 24 h of treatment showed statistical significance （P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion Shenmai Injection combined with conventional fluid resuscitation in treatment of hypovolemic shock on early fluid resuscitation may improve clinical symptoms and get opportunity for further treatment.
