Quick White美白胶漂白氟斑牙的临床效果

目的:临床观察QuickWhite美白胶对氟斑牙患者的漂白治疗效果。方法:选取63例I￣III级不同程度的氟斑牙患者,采用QuickWhite美白胶进行漂白治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后用Vita比色板对牙齿比色并记录,评价治疗效果。评价标准:治疗后无改变为无效,变白2个色阶为有效,变白3个色阶以上为显效。结果:使用QuickWhite美白胶治疗后,I级患者显效率为95.6%,II级患者显效率为50%。结论:QuickWhite美白胶可为氟斑牙患者提供可靠的漂白治疗效果。

Clinical evaluation of Quick-White whitening gel on bleaching fluoride-stain tooth

Objectvie To clinically evaluate the effectiveness of Quick-White whitening gel on bleaching fluoride-stain tooth. Methods Sixty-three patients who have grade I-III fluoride-stain tooth were selected to accept the treatment of Quick-White whitening gel. The assessment of tooth color was performed pre- and post-treatment by Vita colorimetry method. No color change on tooth after treatment was assessed as no-effect; whitening more than 2 grades after treatment by chromatism assessment was assessed as in-effect; whitening more than 3 grades after treatment by chromatism assessment was assessed as significant-effect. Results The ratios of significant effect of whitening after Quick-White gel treatment were 95.6% in patients with grade I fluoride-stain tooth and 50% in patients with grade II fluoride-stain tooth, respectively. Conclusion We concluded that Quick-White whitening gel is an effective treatment of bleaching fluoride-stain tooth.
