多囊卵巢综合征相关基因研究进展

摘    要:多囊卵巢综合征是生育期女性最常见的内分泌紊乱,以无排卵性不孕、高雄激素血症、胰岛素抵抗为特征,与2型糖尿病、血脂异常、心血管疾病、子宫内膜癌相关.国外报道发病率约6.6%,但病因和具体机制还不清楚.目前的观点倾向于多个微效基因与环境因素共同作用引起.其中最为密切的是D19S884,已在3项独立研究中得到证实.其他如钙蛋白酶(CAPN)-10、17α-羟化酶(CYP17)、雄激素受体(AR)、性激素结合球蛋白基因也是潜在的位点.

Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome,characterized by anovulationary infertility,hyperandrogenism,insulin resistance,is the most common endocrinopathy of women in reproductive age.It is related to type 2 diabetes mellitus,dyslipidemia.cardiovascular diseases and carcinoma of endometrium.The incidence is 6.6% reported in abroad,however,the pathogenesis is still unknown.It is thought that mutiple minor genes and environmental factors mutually cause this condition.The most probable gene is D19S884,which has been proved in three independent studies.Others such as CAPN-10,CYP17,androgen receptor(AR),sex hormone binding globulin genes are potential sites.
