抗HP药物在治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡中的临床观察

目的:探讨抗HP药物在治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡中的临床疗效。方法:选择胃十二指肠球部溃疡患者78例,根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各39例,对照组给予埃索美拉唑加阿莫西林加克拉霉素三联疗法,治疗组给予奥美拉唑加阿莫西林加克拉霉素三联疗法。结果:治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为97.4%和84.6%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的幽门螺杆菌根除率为92.3%,对照组为84.6%,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组头晕、恶心、腹胀、皮疹等不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组都无血、肝、肾功能等严重不良反应发生。结论:奥美拉唑加阿莫西林加克拉霉素的三联疗法治疗胃十二指肠球部溃疡能提高疗效与幽门螺杆菌根除率,安全性好,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of medicines for HP on gastric and duodenal ulcer

Objective To observe the Clinical therapeutic effect of medicines for HP on gastric and duodenal ulcer. Methods 78 case of gastric and duodenal ulcer is equally divided into a treatment group and control group, The control group received triple therapy of esome- prazole and amoxicillin and clarithromycin;The treatment group received triple therapy of Omeprazole and amoxicillin and clarithremycin. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control were 97.4% and 84.6% respectively, with significant difference（P〈 0. 05）. the Hp eradication rates in the treatment group and control group were 92.3% and 84. 6%, and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Dizziness, nausea, bloating, skin rashes and other adverse reactions of both groups, with no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. Both groups without blood, liver, kidney function and other serious adverse events. Conclusion The triple therapy of esome- prazole and amoxicillin and clarithromycin can quickly relieve the clinical symptom of patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and increase the the Hp eradication rates and the treatment effect. It is Safety,should be widely applied.
