| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉栓塞的发病机理 ,进一步认识此类并发症。方法 :全髋关节置换术 10 6例 ,统计不同年龄段其深静脉栓塞的发生率 ,并加以分析。结果 :16例发生深静脉栓塞 ,发生率为 15 1%,其中 66～ 75岁年龄段发生率最高 ,为 2 5 %。结论 :年龄愈大 ,深静脉栓塞的发生率就愈高。机械和药物在围手术期的应用 ,是预防人工髋关节置换术后并发下肢深静脉栓塞行之有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the pathogenesis of emobolism of deep vein after hip joint replacement and to further investigate this complication Methods: The rate of emobolism of deep vein were analysis at different age group in 106 cases total hip joint replacement.Results: There were 16 cases emobolism of deep vein and the incidence rate was 15.1%. The incidence rate reached 25% in the age class from 66 to 75.Conclusion: The older,the higher of incidence rate.Apply for drug and instrument in the treatment is a effective method to prevent emobolism of deep vein after total hip joint replacement. |
