剖宫产产妇围术期实施健康教育及护理对策的效果评价

摘    要:目的观察剖宫产产妇围术期实施健康教育及护理对策的效果。方法 200例剖宫产产妇随机分为干预组和对照组各100例,对照组根据医嘱随机对症进行护理,干预组于术前及术后在常规护理的基础上着重实施健康教育干预,比较两组的干预效果。结果干预组100例产妇早期下床活动24 h之内达85.0%,明显高于对照组(40.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组100例产妇拔出尿管以及自主排尿时间24 h之内达82.0%,明显高于对照组(37.0%),差异有统计学意义;干预组100例产妇肛门排气时间≤24 h之内达90.0%,明显高于对照组(61.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组100例健康教育知识掌握效果评价中,未掌握率达2.0%,总掌握率达98%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇围术期实施健康教育,可以促进产妇尽早下床活动,有利于术后恢复,提高健康教育知识掌握水平,值得广泛推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of health education implementation and nursing strategy for cesarean section perioperative. Methods A total of 200 cases cesarean section were randomly divided into intervention group and control group 100 cases in the control group according to his physicians were symptomatic care,the intervention group and the preoperative and postoperative routine care on the basis of focus on the implementation of health education intervention, in tervention effects were compared between two groups. Results The intervention group of 100 cases of maternal early ambu lation within 24 h of 85.0%,was significantly higher(40.0%)than the control group, the difference was statistically signifi cant(P 〈 0.05). The intervention group of 100 cases of maternal pull out the catheter as well as self-voiding time 24 h of 82.0% ,was significantly higher(37.0%) than the control group, the difference was statistically significant;intervention group of 100 cases of maternal flatus 〈~ 24 h of up to 90.0%,was significantly higher (61.0%)than the control group,the differ ence was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05).The intervention group of 100 cases of health education knowledge of the effect evaluation, did not grasp the rate of 2.0%, the total control rate of 98%, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The perioperative cesarean section, the implementation of health education, to promote maternal get out of bed as soon as possible, conducive to recovery, improve health education level of knowledge worthy of extensive promotion and application.
