脑卒中后深静脉血栓形成危险因素调查研究

目的 探讨急性脑卒中患者深静脉血栓形成的危险因素.方法 2011年1月～2012年2月连续收集符合纳入标准的急性脑卒中住院患者,彩色多普勒超声检查诊断DVT,分为DVT组和对照组,调查DVT相关危险因素.结果 入组患者579例,共检出急性DVT 114例(19.69％).DVT组与对照组年龄、DVT病史、DVT家族史、血管疾病史、深静脉穿刺史、瘫痪、肌力≤3级、卧床、高血压、冠心病、高脂血症、GCS评分、Wells评分、DD水平、FIB水平之间差异有统计学意义(P均＜ 0.05).肌力≤3级、卧床、高血压、GCS评分、Wells评分、DD水平是脑卒中后DVT形成的独立危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 脑卒中患者DVT发病率高,肌力≤3级、卧床、高血压、GCS评分、Wells评分、DD水平是DVT独立危险因素.

Study on risk factors of deep vein thrombosis after stroke

Objective To investigate risk factors for deep vein thrombosis in patients with acute stroke. Methods From January 2011 to February 2012 for collection of acute stroke in hospitalized patients met the inclusion criteria, color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of DVT, divided into the DVT group and control group, investigation of DVT risk factors had been done. Results A total of 579 cases into the group of patients were detected in 114 cases of acute of DVT （19.69%）. The difference of age, history of DVT, family history of DVT, history of vascular disease, deep vein puncture history, paral ysis, muscle strength ≤ 3, in bed, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, hyperlipidemia, GCS score, Wells score, DD level and FIB level between DVT group and control group were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Muscle strength ≤ 3, in bed, high blood pressure, GCS score, Wells score DD level were the independent risk factors of DVT after stroke （P 〈 0.05）. Conclu sion Patients with stroke have high, DVT incidence rate, and muscle strength ≤ 3, in bed, high blood pressure, GCS score, wells score and DD levels are the independent risk factors of DVT.
