甲钴胺联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床观察

目的探讨甲钴胺联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法选取2009年10月～2011年12月在我院内科住院和门诊的130例DPN患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组67例(甲钴胺联合血栓通治),对照组63例(单用甲钴胺),比较两组的疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为92.53%,81.95%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的正中神经、尺神经、胫神经的MCV改善较对照组显著(P<0.05)。治疗组F波缩短也较对照组明显。结论甲钴胺联合血栓通治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效确切,可作为一种治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的比较理想的方案以推广。

The clinical observation of Mecobalamin combined Xueshuantong treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Mecobalamin combined Xueshuantong treatment diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods From October 2009 to December 2011, 130 patients with DPN patients in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group 67 cases （Methylcobalamin the joint Xueshuantong governance）, control group of 63 cases（single methylcobalamin）, the efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and control group was 92_53%, 81.95%, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Had different degrees of improvement after treatment, F wave latency shortened, but still the treatment group improved more significantly than the controf group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mecobalamin combined Xueshuantong in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is exact.
