参麦注射液联合心先安注射液治疗左心功能不全32例疗效分析

目的 探讨参麦注射液联合心先安注射液治疗左心功能不全的临床效果.方法 将我院收治的64例左心功能不全患者随机分为对照组和观察组各32例.对照组采用参麦注射液治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用心先安注射液治疗,分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况.结果 经治疗后,对照组总有效率68.9％,观察组总有效率90.6％.两组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组治疗过程中,均未见明显不良反应发生.观察组与对照组治疗前左室射血分数差异无统计学意义(P＞ 0.05),治疗后观察组左室射血分数改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 参麦注射液联合心先安注射液疗效显著优于单用参麦注射液,左室射血分数明显好转,不良反应少,使用方便,值得临床推广应用.

Efficacy of Shenmai injection and Xinxianan injection in treating 32 cases of left cardiac dysfunction

Objective To study the clinical effect of Shenmai injection and Xinxianan injection in treatment of left cardiac dysfunction. Methods Sixty-four cases left cardiac dysfunction patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group used shenmai injection treatment, the observation group added Xinxianan injection treatment. The treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed. Results After treatment, the control group total effectiveness was 68.9%, and the observation group total effectiveness was 90.6%. Total effectiveness of two groups by statistics analysis, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Two groups of the course of treatment, all had no obvious adverse reaction. The observation group and control group before treatment left ventricular ejection fraction difference was statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. The observation group after treatment left ventricular ejection fraction improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Shenmai injection and Xinxianan injection has better curative effect than the single injection Shenmai injection treatment, left ventricular ejection fraction improves obviously, has fewer side effects, easy to use, and worth to application in clinic.
