米非司酮联合依沙吖啶终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠疗效观察

目的研究观察米非司酮联合依沙吖啶终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的疗效和安全性。方法选择2009年1月～2011年1月在本院孕14～27周因医学原因或计划外妊娠的孕妇80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组予依沙吖啶终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠,观察组予米非司酮联合依沙吖啶终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠,比较两组的引产成功率、宫缩发动时间、总产程、产后出血量、平均住院时间。结果观察组引产成功率100%,对照组引产成功率95.0%,两组引产率比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组产妇宫缩发动时间、总产程、平均住院时间均明显短于对照组,观察组产妇产后出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合依沙吖啶联合用于瘢痕子宫妊娠中期提高了引产的成功率,二者联用明显缩短引产和总产程时间,且可以降低产后出血及软产道损伤的风险,具有引产成功率高、安全性高、并发症少的优点,值得临床推广应用。

The clinical observation of Mifepristone in termination of the mid of pregnancy for the scarred uterus ethacridine

Objective To study the efficacy and safety of the mifepristone joint ethacridine termination the mid preg nancy of the scarred uterus. Methods A total of 80 cases pregnant women in the hospital 14-27 weeks of pregnancy for medical reasons or planned pregnancy from January 2009 to January 2011 and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group had 40 cases, the control group to the second trimester pregnancy termination of a scarred uterus ethacridine, observation group to mifepristone in second trimester pregnancy termination of, a scarred uterus ethacridine successful induction rate and contractions to launch time, the total of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, the average length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results Observer group of successful induction rate was 100%, suc cess rate of induction of labor in the control group was 95.0%, the difference of the labor rates was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Maternal contractions of the observation group to launch time, the total production process, the average length of stay were significantly shorter than the control group,and observed the group of maternal postpartum hemorrhage was significantly less than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone for uterine scar trimester to improve the induction of labor suc cess rate Ethacridine joint. And with significantly shorter time of induction of labor and birth process,and can reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage and soft birth canal injury, has a high rate of successful induction, safe, less complication, is worthy of clinical application.
