微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复发性肾结石的优势性分析

目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复发性肾结石的优势性。方法 92例复杂性肾结石患者按照治疗方法的不同分为采用传统开放手术治疗(开放组)50例和微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗(微创组)42例,比较两组的治疗效果。结果两组在手术时间、发热率、结石清除率方面无统计学意义(P>0.05)。微创组的术中出血量、输血率、住院时间显著少于开放组(P<0.05)。但微创组的住院费用显著高于开放组(P<0.05)。结论微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗复发性肾结石具备微创的典型优点,结石清除率较高,应根据患者的经济情况进行合理选择。

Advantage analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of complicated renal calculi

Objective To evaluate advantage of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of com plicated renal calculi. Methods A total of 92 cases of complicated renal calculi patients patients according to therapeutic method were divided into the traditional open operation renal surgery （open group）50 cases and minimally invasive percu taneous nephrolithotomy treatment （minimally invasive group） 42 cases, the treatment effect were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative complications, fever, the stone-free rate in the two group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）.The amount of intraoperative bleeding, blood transfusion rate, hospitalization time in minimally invasive group was significantly less than the open group （P 〈 0.05）. The hospital costs in minimally invasive group were significantly higher than those in open group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in treatment of recur rent renal calculi has minimally invasive typical advantages, the stone-free rate is high, and patients should be based on the economic situation to carry on the reasonable choice.
