| 摘 要： | 本文测定４２例精神发育迟滞（ＭＲ）患者及４４例对照者的血清胆固醇（Ｔｃｈ）水平，结果显示：ＭＲ患者的血清Ｔｃｈ明显低于对照者（Ｐ＜０．００１），兴奋型ＭＲ患者较安定型患考显著低（Ｐ＜０．００１），轻、重度ＭＲ之间亦有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０５），不同性别之间则无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）．研究揭示．ＭＲ患者的生化改变是复杂的，其５一羟色肢（５一ＨＴ）功能降低可能与血清Ｔｃｈ水平低下有关。

| Abstract: | erum cholesterol (Tch) level was de-tesmined in 42 patients with mental retarda-tion (MR) and also in a control group of 44subjects. The results showed that serumTch level in the MR group was significantlyIower than those in the control group (P<0.001). In the MR group, the serum Tchlevel in the nexcitant type" patients was sig-nificantly decreased as compared with thoseof the "rest type' patients (P<0.001), andalso had clear difference between mild andserious MR.patients (P<0.05). The research points out that the biochemicalchange is complex, and the lowness of its 5-HT function may be associated with thedecrease of serum Tch level. |
